Interweaving elements of contemporary culture with elements of nature I use the body as a site, tool, and point of departure. By combining textures and techniques in an unorthodox manner, I explore movement, interaction, and extension.

Jenna is an artist and educator living in Baltimore, MD. Her work is multidisciplinary with an emphasis on performance.  Her interactive Space Garden installation is currently featured at Port Discovery Children’s Museum in Baltimore where she also teaches children’s workshops.  Jenna has performed during Baltimore’s Artscape and Transmodern Festival, along with Pittsburgh’s Three River’s Arts Festival.  In 2012, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in Painting and a minor in Creative Writing.  Jenna was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1989 and grew up in the rural community of Perryopolis, Pennsylvania. In high school, she pursued her artistic interests by taking weekend and summer courses at Carnegie Mellon University, The Mattress Factory Art Museum, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and The Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Arts.
