Loin du centre historique,\u00a0les portes de la ville se trouvent d\u00e9sormais\u00a0l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les transports en commun s\u2019ach\u00e8vent.\u00a0Il en r\u00e9sulte un questionnement sur\u00a0les d\u00e9placements pendulaires qui ont pour\u00a0cons\u00e9quence la congestion du centre et\u00a0de ses acc\u00e8s, depuis les zones p\u00e9riurbaines\u00a0et rurales, exclues de facto du transport\u00a0en commun. La solution du transport\u00a0unipersonnel automobile est interrog\u00e9e\u00a0au regard des tensions contemporaines.\u00a0En r\u00e9action, nous voyons appara\u00eetre\u00a0des pratiques sociales alternatives\u00a0comme le covoiturage. Pourtant, ce mode\u00a0de transport ne repr\u00e9sente en France que\u00a02 % du trafic automobile\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le service\u00a0<em>REL\u00c9O<\/em>\u00a0est une plate-forme\u00a0de m\u00e9diation et de mat\u00e9rialisation\u00a0de covoiturage.
